This wonderful house is ideal for families. It includes a comfy garden that children can play, easy access to the pool from the house and a fully equipped kitchen.

The top floor has two bedrooms that  have 2 double beds. The lower level has one more bedroom with a double bed as well as two sofa beds that two more people can sleep in the living room (total 8 people). The house has two levels, thus there is a staircase leading from the top floor to the lower level.

Due to the fact that there is bedrooms upstairs as well as downstairs this property is ideal for people requesting privacy as well, while being with friends on vacation.

The private pool, located in the garden, is ideal to sit and relax whilst enjoying the wonderful view of the sea as well. The whole place, indoors and outdoors is spacious, giving you room to walk around freely and comfortably.

The area of Schinias is located only 50 minutes away from the center of Athens and only 25 minutes from the port of Rafina, giving you the opportunity for daily trips to Athens for sight seeing or island hopping to the islands close by.

The beach is only a few minutes drive so you can enjoy either the Beach of Schinias close to the Natura pine forest, or drive about 10 minutes to the more lively part of the beach at the Beach Culture Club where you can enjoy water sports, sailing, windsurfing etc.
