This is a lovely and comfortable, brand new two bedroom apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea. Located in a quite neighborhood, yet close to the center and the port of Rafina, this house will be your ideal base for daily trips to Athens and some of the most famous islands of the Aegean.

There is two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room , totalling 6 people to sleep comfortably in the house. There is also 2 full bathrooms, one includes a washing machine as well. The kitchen is equipped so you will be able to cook and enjoy eating a meal at the comfortable balcony with the wonderful view of the sea. This is a penthouse apartment so it is quite and isolated giving you privacy to enjoy.

A private terrace will be the ideal place to sit and read your book, enjoy the view, drink your cocktail or gaze at the stars!
